Cara: Teacher, are you married?
Me: Nope, not married.
Cara: Why?
Me: No reason. I'm just not.
Cara: But why?
Me: (trying to think of something to satisfy her curiosity) All the boys I know are ugly.
Cara: My dad is handsome. What about him?
Me: ...What about him?
Cara: You could marry him.
Me: Well, isn't he already married to your mom?
Cara: Yes, but it's okay. She doesn't like him.
